We work
with a variety of methods including:
• Consultancy - to provide integrated support around
questions of organizational change and
development. Our consultancy is always hands on and
interactive allowing for new ideas and ways of
working to emerge through the process.
• Facilitation – to guide group processes. Our
facilitation is based on a deep respect for the knowledge
present in the groups with which we work. Our facilitation of
processes focuses on creating the right
environments for conversations and understanding to emerge that
lead to informed action.
• One on One work - coaching, accompanyment through
change, mentoring, there are many ways
of working one on one. In our one on one work, we focus on creating
the correct setting for each
client's unique learning needs.
• Learning Environments – to support organizational
learning. Think of such activities as designing
delivering training, away days, or workshops. Often learning
environments are incorporated into our
consultancy work, but they can also be designed to
stand-alone. |
